Joyce Van Zile, housing counselor for Cecil County Housing and Community Development office, coordinates a First-time Homebuyers Class on Zoom at this time.  The class is divided into two class sessions and one follow-up consultation session to complete the course requirements and receive a certificate.  Joyce is a HUD certified instructor.  The two classes are usually the third Tuesday and Thursday of the month from 6:00 to 8:00 on Zoom.  Our applicants need to call Joyce at 410 996-8216 or email her at jvanzile@ccgov.org to register for the online classes. You will need to complete two HUD required forms prior to the class to receive your Zoom meeting invite.
